LTM is a company based in the UK and as well as running Gisspares, we Distribute GIS Hoists and undertake repairs and maintenance, so we're well set up to deal with unusual or complicated requests, so if you need to speak to someone directly, get in touch and we will do our best to help you out.
If you're unsure of the part code, or your hoist model, then we can often help you to identify it if you can send us a photo. So if you are having difficulty identifying your part, email a photo over to us with as many details as possible (load capacity, no. of chain falls, any identifying marks etc.) and we'll normally get back to you within a couple of hours, during normal office hours*.
